Our Origin

We built Horizon out of necessity. We’ve been there, consultants, heads of operational excellence, technology leaders, trying to deeply understand a company so its finite resources go where they have the most impact.

We know the grind of separating signal from noise, of mapping how work actually happens, of chasing clarity across siloed departments and shifting executive priorities. We know how long it takes, months of discovery, countless interviews, endless planning, only to still wait for the tech team to build the solution, or watch promising vendors and initiatives stall for lack of adoption and stakeholder buy-in.
